NeuroBrandLab provides diagnostic tools and strategic analysis focused on how language and messaging are interpreted. These terms explain how the service works, what information is collected (and what is not), and how submitted content is handled.

By using NeuroBrandLab tools or submitting content for analysis, you agree to the terms below

1. What NeuroBrandLab Is

NeuroBrandLab is a messaging diagnostic tool.

It evaluates how written marketing and brand language are interpreted by the audience.

It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or personal advice.

It analyzes messaging — not individuals.

2. What We Ask You to Submit

To generate a diagnosis, we may ask for:

  • Marketing or website copy

  • Industry context

  • Target audience description

  • Buyer concerns or fears

This information should relate only to messaging and business positioning.

3. What You Must Not Submit

NeuroBrandLab does not require personal data.

Please do not submit:

  • Names of individuals

  • Financial account details

  • Medical, legal, or employment records

  • Confidential regulated documents

  • Any information that identifies a natural person

The tool is designed to function without personal data. Submitting such information is unnecessary and discouraged.

4. How Submitted Content Is Used

Content submitted to NeuroBrandLab is used solely to:

  • Generate the requested analysis

  • Maintain system reliability

  • Improve diagnostic quality over time

We do not use submitted content for advertising or resale.

We do not build personal profiles.

We do not use your content for marketing campaigns.

5. Data Storage & Processing

Submitted content may be securely stored within NeuroBrandLab’s internal systems, including analysis and operational tools used to deliver the service.

Access to stored content is limited and controlled.

We retain submitted data only for purposes related to the operation, improvement, and integrity of the platform.

We do not publicly publish submitted content.

6. What We Do Not Do

We do not:

  • Sell submitted content

  • Share it with advertisers

  • Share it with external marketing partners

  • Combine it with third-party personal data

  • Attempt to identify individuals

Your submission is used only for the diagnostic process.

7. Follow-Up Contact

If you choose to contact NeuroBrandLab after using the tool, that communication is voluntary and separate from your submission.

8. GDPR & Legal Basis

Under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, submitted content is processed based on:

  • Legitimate interest in delivering the requested analysis

  • User consent at the point of submission

Because NeuroBrandLab does not collect personal data, the risk to individual privacy is intentionally minimized.

You control what you submit.

NeuroBrandLab studies perception — not people.

It is a design principle.
